The Problem

The Renovation Rarely Fails. The Person Who Was Supposed to Be Watching It Does.

It's not usually the tile work. It's whether anyone is actually managing the job.

Most renovation companies sell the job, then hand it off. Whoever's available that week ends up in your house. You signed a contract with one company, and now you have no idea who's walking through your kitchen, whether anyone vetted them, or whether they'll be back tomorrow. When something goes wrong, nobody's quite sure whose responsibility it was. That's not a work-quality problem. It's a management problem, and it's built into how most renovation companies operate.

The good news? It's completely avoidable - when the people who quoted the job are the same people running it every day.

Warning Signs

Sound Familiar? These Are the Warning Signs of a Contractor You Can't Rely On.

You don't need a bad experience to know what one looks like.

You Get Handed Off to Strangers

You hired one company. Now unfamiliar crews are in and out of your home and nobody can tell you who they are or who's responsible for them.

Nobody Answers the Phone

Questions pile up and go unanswered for days. You're left guessing what's actually happening.

The Timeline Keeps Moving

Your project quietly gets bumped for someone else's, and "two more weeks" becomes a running joke.

No Photos, No Updates

You have no idea what progress looks like unless you're standing there watching it happen.

Your Home Isn't Protected

Floors get scratched, dust gets everywhere, and nobody set down a barrier before the work started.

The Owner Is Nowhere to Be Found

You signed the contract with one person and never saw them again.

Our Process

Here's Exactly What Working With Us Looks Like.

No mystery, no surprises. You should know how this goes before you ever pick up the phone.

01

Free Consultation

You talk to Pete or Adam, in person or virtually. They listen to what you're picturing, what you're working with, and when you'd like it done.

02

Scope, Budget & Planning

We pin down what's actually getting built and what it takes to get there. If your project needs drawings or permit-ready plans, we handle that side internally instead of sending you off to find a designer first.

03

Estimate & Agreement

You get clear scope and clear pricing in writing before anything starts. If something doesn't work for your budget, we say so now, not halfway through.

04

Scheduling & Home Protection

Dates get set and trades get lined up in the right order. Before a single tool comes out, your home gets floor protection, carpet protection, and dust barriers.

05

Construction, Actively Managed

Pete and Adam run the job day to day and coordinate every trade on it. You know who's in your home, and you know who to call.

06

Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished project together. Pete or Adam signs off with you before anyone calls it done.

The Typical Contractor
  • You call, someone comes out
  • An estimate arrives
  • Crews you've never met start showing up
  • Communication goes quiet
  • You end up managing the problems
  • You hope the result matches the plan
Indiana Pros
  • You talk directly with Pete or Adam
  • Scope and expectations get defined together
  • The project gets planned before it starts
  • Known, vetted trades are coordinated in order
  • Pete and Adam actively manage the work
  • You walk the finished project with them

What You Get

One Point of Contact. One Person Responsible.

Because Pete and Adam coordinate the whole project themselves, nothing sits waiting on a handoff nobody's tracking.

01

A schedule somebody is actually watching.

Pete and Adam build the sequence and hold the trades to it, so your project doesn't quietly slide behind somebody else's.

02

A defined process, from day one.

Before a single tool comes out, your home gets floor protection, carpet protection, and dust barriers put in place - every time, no exceptions.

03

Communication you don't have to chase.

You'll know what's happening in your home and when, without having to call five times to get an answer.

04

Everyone in your home is somebody we chose.

When a job calls for a specialty trade, we bring in people we've worked with and trust - and Pete or Adam is there managing them, not sending them off to figure it out alone.

05

Your house doesn't stay a construction site.

Cleaning up our own mess is part of the job. On larger projects we can also arrange a full professional cleaning for the rest of the home when the work is done.

Most of our clients tell us the same thing by the end: "I wish every contractor worked like this."

About Us

The Guys Who Show Up Are the Guys You Hired.

Indiana Pros was built by Pete and Adam - two hands-on builders who wanted to do it differently.

Pete and Adam started Indiana Pros to build the kind of company they'd want to hire themselves: one where the owners are on the job, not behind a desk, and where the people working in your home are people they know rather than whoever a scheduler could find that week. Both bring a background that connects naturally with the clients they serve - detail-driven, used to working alongside people who expect things done right the first time. That shows up in how they run a job site, and it shows up in the relationships they build. By the time a project wraps up, clients often say it feels less like a contractor left and more like a friend did.

"Our name means more than the check we get paid. We want every homeowner to say the job was done right."

Pete & Adam, Indiana Pros

Indiana Pros handles renovations today and is actively taking on custom, ground-up home builds as that side of the business grows. The standard stays the same at either scale: show up, communicate, and do the work right.

Meet the Team Behind the Work

When you schedule your consultation, Pete or Adam is who you'll actually talk to.

The Difference

We'll Tell You What You Need to Hear - Not Just What You Want To.

Sometimes that means turning down work we can't guarantee.

A homeowner once called us wanting a simple fix: replace a leaking custom shower pan. We could have said yes and moved on. Instead, we told him the truth - we couldn't guarantee the waterproofing without knowing what system was originally installed, and we weren't willing to walk away and have him call us back in a month with a leak. We recommended a full shower and bathroom remodel instead, even though it meant a harder conversation. That's the standard every Indiana Pros job is held to: an honest answer, even when it's not the easy one.

"We're not trying to take advantage of you. We're going to tell you how it is - that's our promise."

Pete & Adam, Indiana Pros

Straight Answers, Even the Hard Ones

If we can't guarantee the work, we'll tell you before we take your money, not after.

You Know Who's In Your House

Clean, professional, and easy to have around - people we've worked with, not a rotating cast of strangers.

You'll Actually Reach Us

Questions before, during, or after the job? Pete and Adam answer their own phones.

Why This Matters

A Renovation Is an Investment. Treat It Like One.

The right renovation protects your home's value today and its resale value down the road.

Protects Your Home's Value

Work that was actually supervised holds up. Corners cut when nobody was watching show up in a home inspection years later.

Minimizes Disruption to Your Life

Many of our clients travel during their project and come home to a finished space, no need to live in the middle of construction.

One Point of Accountability

No juggling separate contractors yourself, and no guessing who to call when something needs sorting out.

Guidance However Much You Want It

Know exactly what you want? We'll build it. Not sure where to start? We'll walk you through every decision, from materials to layout.

Peace of Mind

Knowing the same people who quoted the job are the ones running it every day.

The best renovations are the ones you don't have to think about twice.

FAQs

Questions Homeowners Ask Us First.

Do you use subcontractors?

We handle a large share of the work ourselves. When a project calls for a specialty trade - an electrician, a roofing crew, HVAC - we bring in professionals we've worked with and trust, and we manage them directly.

What that means for you: no unknown crews cycling through your home, and no being handed off and left to chase somebody down for an answer. Pete and Adam stay involved from start to finish, and Indiana Pros stays accountable for the whole project.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope, but as a rough guide: kitchens usually run about 4 to 6 weeks, bathrooms about 2 to 4 weeks, and additions vary considerably depending on size and how much structural work is involved.

We'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific project during the consultation, not an optimistic one we can't hold to.

What's a typical project cost?

Our projects generally run somewhere between $10,000 and $250,000 depending on scope, size and finish level. A good number of them land in the $40,000 to $80,000 range, though plenty fall on either side of that.

We'd rather give you real numbers for your actual project than a guess, so bring us what you're picturing and we'll be straight with you about what it takes.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. No pressure, no sales pitch, no obligation - just an honest conversation about your project.

What areas do you serve?

Noblesville, Fishers, Carmel and Westfield, plus the surrounding Hamilton County area.

Do you handle ground-up new construction?

Yes. Indiana Pros handles renovations today and is actively taking on custom, ground-up home builds as that side of the business grows.

Can you handle drawings and plans, or do I need to hire a designer first?

We can handle it. If your project needs floor plans, structural drawings or permit-ready plans, we take care of that internally - so you're not sent off to find a separate designer and wait weeks before anything can move forward.

How involved do I need to be during the project?

However involved you want to be. Know exactly what you want? We'll build it. Not sure where to start? We'll walk you through every decision, from materials to layout.

Will my home be protected during construction?

Before a single tool comes out, your home gets floor protection, carpet protection, and dust barriers put in place - every time, no exceptions.

Do you clean up afterward?

Cleaning up our own construction mess is part of the job, every time.

On larger projects we can also arrange a more thorough professional cleaning for the rest of your home. Drywall sanding in particular can leave fine dust well beyond the work area even with barriers up, so if you'd like the whole house handled at the end, just tell us.

Let's Build It Right

You Deserve the Result You Actually Pictured.

Whether you're planning a renovation or a custom home from the ground up, you deserve the result you actually pictured - not a compromise. Pete and Adam will walk your project through from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, and stay accountable for how it turns out.
